Over the last few days, it has been impossible to ignore the news coming out of Ukraine. Everyone at Groupauto International is united in their sadness that such suffering is occurring, and our thoughts are with everyone affected by this conflict. As an international company, we have colleagues, members, and partners in the region, and they have families and loved ones. The obvious humanitarian disaster unfolding, with tens of thousands displaced and fearing for their lives and livelihoods, is almost too much to bear.

Groupauto International is delighted to announce the appointment of a new member to the Board of Directors. Mr. Domenico de Vivo, a current Board member, decided to retire in December 2020 and Mr. Riccardo Califano was appointed to become his successor as a Director of the Board for the current mandate period, by the General Assembly of the Groupauto Shareholders in April 2021.
